UNM PCard Policies & Procedures

The purpose of this course is to set forth the Policies and Procedures for the University of New Mexico Purchasing Card Program.

This course is divided into chapters listed on the left sidebar. This is a self-paced course designed to be studied in a linear fashion, but you can jump to another chapter at any time by using the chapter links to the left. To view the pages in order, simply click on the word NEXT at the end of each page. To move back one page, click on the word PREVIOUS.

This course includes links to documents that you will need in order to obtain a PCard. Many of these documents are in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your machine, you may download it free here.
